Strategic water information and monitoring plan
This Strategic Water Information and Monitoring Plan (SWIMP) is a requirement of the Improving Water Information program coordinated by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (the "Bureau"). It will assist NSW and the Commonwealth meet these requirements by:
- Outlining current data inventory
- Specifying any strategic gaps in data and information systems
- Prioritising data gaps relative to data delivery requirements of the Bureau.
The SWIMP will be used by the Bureau to review and prioritise investment under the $80 million funding program.
